★ Nightly rates vary. Select the dates of your stay to see price. 2 night minimum.
★ Stay 5 nights or more, get 10% off nightly rate!
★ Memorial and Labor Day weekend is a 3 night minimum.
★ 4th of July is a 4 night minimum.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Schedule:

★ 50% due at time of booking.
★ Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
★ 100% due if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

★ 100% of prepayment refundable when canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
★ 50% of prepayment refundable when canceled between 14 to 30 days before arrival.
★ 0% refundable when canceled within 14 days of arrival.
